Important Note

The following conditions are contraindications for colon hydrotherapy. We will only treat clients dealing with these if they have a 

prescription from their doctor.

  • Abdominal Hernia/Inguinal Hernia
  • Abortion (Less Than 6 Months)
  • Aneurysm
  • Breastfeeding
  • Carcinoma of the Colon or Rectum
  • Cirrhosis
  • Colon Surgery
  • Congestive Heart Failure or Organic Valve Disease
  • Crohn’s Disease
  • Diverticulitis
  • Epilepsy
  • Fissures/Fistulas
  • Hepatitis A, B, or C
  • History of Seizures
  • Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) Infection/Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS)
  • Immunocompromised at Present Time
  • Kidney Dialysis
  • Miscarriage (Less Than 4 Months Post-Op)
  • Pregnancy
  • Present Gastrointestinal Infection
  • Recent Abdominal Surgery (at Least 3 Months Post-Surgery)
  • Recent Colonoscopy (at Least 12 Days Post-Colonoscopy)
  • Rectal Bleeding
  • Renal Insufficiency
  • Severe Anemia
  • Severe Cardiac Disease e.g. Uncontrolled Hypertension (Hypertension Controlled With Medication Is Fine)
  • Severe Hemorrhoids
  • Severely Obese
  • Strong Abdominal Pain
  • Transient Global Ischemic (TGI) Hemorrhage/Perforation
  • Tumor in the Rectum or Large Intestine
  • Ulcerative Colitis
  • Vomiting at Present Time

Cancellation/Change/Missed Appointment Policy

This policy is strictly enforced. No exceptions.


Our goal is to provide quality health care in a timely manner. In order to do so, we have had to implement an appointment cancellation/change policy. This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our patients in need of colon hydrotherapy treatment.

Cancellation/Change of an Appointment – Strictly Enforced

Please be courteous and call us if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment. Your slot will be reallocated to someone who is in urgent need of treatment.


If it is necessary to cancel/change your scheduled appointment, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance, and calling earlier than that is appreciated. Your early cancellation/change will give another person the possibility to have access to timely care.

How to Cancel/Change Your Appointment

To cancel/change appointments, please call 443-310-5715 at least 24 hours in advance. There is voicemail on 24/7 and your message will be acknowledged. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please be sure to leave us your phone number and let us know the best time to return your call.

Late Cancellations/Changes

Late cancellations will be considered a no-show. Client will be charged the full fee. No exceptions.

No-Show Policy

A no-show is someone who misses an appointment without cancelling/changing a minimum of 24 hours in advance. No-shows will be charged the full amount for the appointment missed. No exceptions.


No further appointments will be taken until the missed appointment is paid for, and prepayment will be required for future appointments.


Our sessions are on a one-on-one basis, with complete attention focused on the client for the entire session. This policy is a necessary one.
